We are seeking a Licensed Assisted Living Director who:
~ is committed to ensuring our residents receive exceptional care, with dignity
~ leads confidently and compassionately
~ builds and retains strong teams
~ has a strong history of leadership success where accountability with kindness is the norm
~ has experiential knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance
~ has a solid understanding of budget and financial management
~ has experience with all aspects of employee supervision and performance management
