Evergreen Cottages- Retirement Living- A New Level of Independence
Retirement sets forth a new level of independence. You now have the time to do what you want to do, and we want to help you use that time the best way we know how—by taking care of time-consuming tasks such as the home upkeep. Evergreen Cottages, our beautiful independent senior-housing accommodations, will allow you to enjoy the privacy of your own home without the hassles of indoor and outdoor maintenance. To make your life as worry free as possible, routine preventive maintenance is performed on the Cottages regularly. With that peace of mind, you can enjoy your surroundings without the burdens associated with home upkeep.
Accommodations- Located on the south side of our campus, the Cottages are located in a beautiful setting with great access to shopping and downtown Cloquet. We have two different cottage floor plans, The Pine Tree Lodge and The Lumberjack Lodge. Each spacious floor plant has a “great-room” design with vaulted ceilings and flexible dining and living room spaces. Both floor plans have two bedrooms with either one and a half baths or two full baths, resident controlled central air and heat with electric appliances including microwave ovens. In addition, each cottage has an over sized one-car garage and both a covered porch area and a screened porch so residents can enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting.
Social Network- In addition to the beautiful cottages, all residents have access to our state of the art community building. The community building is a place for residents and their friends and families to get together and do as they please. The common area is equipped with high speed internet, a full kitchen for entertaining and a lounge area. The community building also features a wood shop and wellness room with weights, a treadmill, exercise bike and more. From volunteerism to shopping excursions and dining out, our retirement community residents share a sense of community like no other.
